Junior Criminal / Family Lawyer (1–3 Years PAE)

We are a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a motivated and capable Criminal / Family Lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly energetic and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is looking to develop their skills across both criminal and family law matters.

About The Role

You will work closely with experienced practitioners on a diverse caseload, including criminal and family law matters. The role offers hands‑on exposure, client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of files with appropriate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist with a wide-ranging caseload in criminal and family law
Appear in court (as appropriate to experience) and assist with advocacy preparation
Draft legal documents, correspondence,



and court materials
Liaise with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate file management and meet deadlines

About You
1–3 years PAE in criminal and/or family law
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative teamA genuine interest in criminal and family law
