Transport
Administrator
to join a busy transport and logistics team based in Erskine Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience in fast-paced environments who thrives on variety and is looking to contribute to a growing operation.
About you:
Previous administration experience, ideally within
transport, logistics, or supply chain
.
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to commit to core hours
8:00am - 4:00pm
, with occasional flexibility outside these times.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising in a busy environment.
About the role:




Coordination of transport schedules and logistics documentation.
Data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
Liaising with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Tracking shipments and resolving issues proactively.
Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.
Supporting continuous process improvements to streamline operations.
Familiarity with transport management systems or ERP software is highly desirable.
