An exciting new Pharmacy Technician position is available at Ramsay Pharmacy Greenslopes Private Hospital. This is a full-time position.
As the Dispensary Technician, you will be supervised by a qualified pharmacist as you prepare medications and process prescriptions for our valued patients & customers.
Assist the Pharmacist with the dispensing of medication.
Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary.
Supply of requested medicines to patients in an efficient, accurate, professional, and expedient manner.
What you'll bring
Previous working experience in dispensing medications is an advantage.
Certificate II/III in Community or Hospital Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are considered an asset.
Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of the PBS system
Effective communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team workplace and independently as required
