About the Role
As a Field Testing Officer, you'll travel to customer sites inspecting, testing, servicing and maintaining a broad range of safety and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements.
Working autonomously,



you'll become a trusted partner to customers by delivering high-quality service, accurate reporting, and practical safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect, test and certify workplace safety equipment in accordance with Australian Standards.
Service and maintain a variety of safety and lifting products.
Complete electronic inspection reports and compliance documentation.
Identify defective or non-compliant equipment and recommend appropriate actions.
Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
Travel to customer sites throughout your allocated region.
Maintain company equipment and uphold the highest safety standards.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Essential
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and confidence using mobile technology.
Highly Regarded
Dogman Ticket.
Rigger Ticket.
Experience within mining, construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
Previous inspection, servicing or maintenance experience.
