As our Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and supporting the warehouse and sales teams to ensure products are available when customers need them.

As our Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing stock movements, and investigating discrepancies, and supporting the warehouse and sales teams to ensure products are available when customers need them.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, improving processes, and working collaboratively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Monitor stock movements including receipting, transfers, adjustments, and returns.
Support annual stocktakes.
Recommend and implement process improvements to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
Assisting retail and trade customers with product selection and orders
Previous plumbing or building supplies knowledge is preferred but full training will be provided
Building relationships with key partners like local builders, plumbers and suppliers
Receipting stock and maintaining an organised warehouse
Ability to lift up to 15kg as part of warehouse and delivery duties
Creating quotes, processing sales, and following up on orders
Supporting store operations
Collaborating with your team to maintain a high level of customer service
Australian citizens or permanent residents required for this position
