Position
Due to continued growth, an Electrical Estimator is now needed to help win and deliver a robust pipeline of commercial projects across Brisbane.
Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders across commercial projects.
Review project plans, specifications and scope of works to develop detailed cost estimates.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and material costs.
Identify and manage project risks, variations and value engineering opportunities.
Support the operations team through handover of won projects and ongoing cost management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Contribute to the growth of the business through accurate, timely and competitive tendering.

Experience Required
To be considered it is vital that you have the following:
Proven electrical estimating experience across commercial or domestic projects
Trade background in electrical highly regarded.
Electricians looking to move off the tools are encouraged to apply
Robust understanding of electrical systems, materials and installation costs
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Robust communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
