Lawrence RV is a family-owned business with dealerships and service centres across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Newcastle. We proudly represent premium brands including Lotus Caravans, Adventura Caravans, and Atlas Caravans.

Our Newcastle Service Centre is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a hands-on, positive, and reliable team member who enjoys turning up to work each day and getting the job done.

The Role

As a Caravan Service & Repair Technician, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of workshop and customer-focused tasks, including:
Servicing, repairs, and insurance work on caravans
Pre-delivery inspections and accessory fit-outs
Diagnosing and fixing warranty issues
Cleaning and detailing caravans to showroom standard
Training customers at handover on how to use their new RV
Occasionally towing caravans when required

Whether you’re experienced in the trade or just starting out,



we’ll provide full training and the support you need to grow.

Trade skills (automotive, electrical, plumbing, gas, cabinetry, welding) OR strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Confidence with hand and power tools
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Reliability, initiative, and a solid team attitude
