About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to support our daily operations and lead by example on the floor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a close-knit team workplace and enjoys being part of the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations across bar, catering, gaming and customer service areas
Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
Ensure compliance with RSA/RCG and club policies
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Support rostering,



stock control, and general operational tasks
Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Venue Manager
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or clubs
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and able to multitask
Passion for customer service and community engagement
Current RSA & RCG (essential)
Availability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
