to join our warehouse team. Reporting to the Warehouse Distribution Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the despatch office, coordinating distribution activities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Distribution Coordination
Manage daily distribution and delivery schedules
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and administrative tasks
File and distribute paperwork
Liaise with carriers and coordinate courier services
Provide consistent, highlevel customer service
Inventory & Consumables Management
Verify transport/freight invoices and delivery dockets
Complete freight documentation and assist drivers
