The Role
You'llsupport NDIS participants aged6–65 yearsacross a varied community caseload, including:
Neurological conditions
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Psychosocial disability
This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.You'll:
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
Build long-term relationships and see real progress
Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Agraduate-specific induction week(NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
1:1 discipline-specific supervision
6 months of structured induction,trainingand upskilling
4 paid study leave days per year
Laptop,phoneand fully resourced therapy kits

Qualifications
Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)
Passion for supporting people with disability
Driver's licence and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
