You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed assistance to help clients secure safe housing, build resilience and engage with community supports.
You will work within the Homelessness Stream as part of a team-oriented team, delivering holistic assessments, tailored case plans and strong advocacy to achieve long-term stability.
