We're working with a well-established insurance brokerage that's looking to add an experienced Property Claims Consultant to its growing team. If you enjoy managing claims from start to finish, advocating for clients and delivering exceptional service during what's often their most stressful time, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of predominantly commercial property claims, acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout the entire claims process.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing property claims from lodgement through to settlement.
Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, assessors and repairers.
Keeping clients informed with regular updates and managing expectations.
Reviewing policy coverage and assisting with claim strategy where required.
Working closely with brokers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Building strong relationships with both clients and insurer partners.
About You
We're open to candidates from either an insurance brokerage or insurer background.
To be successful you'll ideally have:




Previous experience managing property insurance claims.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims process.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
