Our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology and due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our Repair Team located in Homebush.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the robotic vacuum repair centre, ensuring fast, high‑quality turnaround
Lead, mentor, and support a team of repair technicians
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues across multiple robotic vacuum models
Implement and refine repair workflows, quality checks, and safety procedures
Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warranty teams to keep repairs moving smoothly
Track KPIs, repair volumes, parts usage, and reporting metrics
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop setting
Provide hands‑on technical support for complex or escalated repairs

What You Bring
Experience in electronics repair, mechatronics, robotics,



or a related technical field
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop, repair centre, or service environment
Robust diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
Ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining high standards
Familiarity with smart‑home devices (advantageous)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
