This vibrant North Sydney based Conveyancing Practice is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join the team. Our team of staff are friendly, energetic and focused team players, ensuring this contract role will give the successful candidate a supportive and collaborative experience.

The Role:

Sydney Property Conveyancing are looking to secure a confident and capable Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor who will work closely with our team, to assist with the effective running of our North Sydney office.

The successful candidate will be proficient with Leap, PEXA and Microsoft Word, have a positive and professional attitude, exhibit attention to detail, have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess a robust and self-motivated work-ethic. Some duties of the role will include:

Acting on all aspects of a conveyance,



from pre-contract review and negotiations to post settlement, including use of the PEXA platform

Drafting terms and preparing sale contracts

Reviewing and advising clients on proposed purchase contracts

Managing predominantly residential transactions autonomously including off the plan transactions

Liaising with clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors and other third parties at every stage of the transaction to prepare all required correspondence and legal documents

Utilise solid organisational skills to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines

You:

You will need to have atleast3-5 years' recent experience in conveyancing (including off the plan transactions). You should be able to hit the ground running and manage your own files.

This role will require full Australian working rights.
