We are looking for a reliable and experienced Carpenter / Handyman to join our growing Building Services team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on role suited to an all‑round tradesperson who enjoys a variety of maintenance work. You will attend multiple sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, carrying out general repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
General carpentry maintenance and repairs
Plaster patching and painting
Minor tile repairs and replacements
Completing work safely, efficiently and professionally
Maintaining accurate records and communicating with the operations team
About You
Experience as a Carpenter,
Maintenance Carpenter or Handyman
Solid all‑round maintenance skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and customer service skills
Own tools
Reliable vehicle
Current Driver Licence
White Card
Cert III in Carpentry
Ability to travel regularly throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding areas (Southern East Queensland)
