Role & Responsibilities include:
Welcome, Manage and embrace every sales prospect with enthusiasm
Provide an outstanding customer experience that is tailored to our individual customer's needs
Manage inbound and external calls with a qualified and courteous manner




Gain a wide range of knowledge and familiarity around Oracle NetSuite (CRM) and 8x8 Phone systems
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Management of customer records in NetSuite
Complete understand of our product range to help our customers make the best choices
Participation in initial and ongoing product, sales & service training

Have a soundlevel of knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
Have experience with Customer Records Management (CRM) systems is an advantage, but not necessary
Seeking an individual with flexible availability and openness to various hours from Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
Experience in the water filtration industry is advantageous, but not necessary
