XBC Business Technology on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer service oriented administrator to join our Service Department. You will coordinate a team of Fuji Field Technicians and Delivery Staff, schedule work, log service jobs and ensure timely, accurate resolutions while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role involves data entry into our system, ad hoc invoicing, and close collaboration with admin, service and delivery teams. Full training provided in Bundall.
