We are a growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented tradesman to join our team in a unique, onsite role. This position is based on-site throughout NSW, QLD, VIC & SA working across large retail shopping centres and commercial assets to support the collection and validation of essential electrical asset information, as well as performing low voltage PPM maintenance in NSW.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately identify and document major electrical assets, including Main Switchboards, Switchgear, Distribution Boards, and Mechanical Switchboards.
Develop and maintain asset registers using Excel and Word.
Mark up architectural drawings, including floor plans and single-line diagrams.
Low Voltage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). NSW Sites Only. Inspection and testing of switchboards and switchgear, RCD testing, PFC testing and maintenance.
Conduct electrical asset inspections using our in-house application and digital tools.
What We’re Looking For
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
Ability to learn new processes, systems, and electrical terminology quickly.
Confidence working both independently and alongside electrical trades teams.
Positive computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, particularly around electrical specifications and asset identification. You’ll be supported by experienced team members as you build your technical knowledge and confidence.
