Are you a solutions-focused Submissions Lead looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking a capable and innovative Submissions Lead to join our high performing team. You'll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.
What you'll be doing:
Lead end-to-end development and delivery of high quality, competitive tender and proposal submissions
Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams including technical experts, senior leaders and internal stakeholders
Develop compelling, solution-focused written content that aligns with brand and client expectations
Manage submission schedules and ensure timely, compliant lodgement of tenders, EOIs and proposals
Lead quality reviews and support continuous improvement of submission templates and collateral
What you'll bring:
5+ years' experience in bid submissions, proposal management or a similar role
Robust knowledge of tender and bid management processes within the construction and/or infrastructure sector
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive content




Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Relevant qualification in business, communications, project management or a related discipline (desirable)
