Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Elossa Fitness Corrimal. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our studio — you will lead and develop our team, manage rosters, drive membership growth and profitability, and ensure our studio operates to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The ideal candidate brings operational rigour and genuine warmth; someone who reflects our values of connection, excellence and empowerment.

Experience:
2+ years in a studio, gym, allied health, management role.
People leadership:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

Professionalism:
High integrity, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
BACKGROUND and QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.
Ideally 2+ years post-graduate and/or professional experience in a management/team leader role.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR Certificate
ESSA accreditation
