Hoffmann Civil has been delivering civil construction and earthmoving projects in Brisbane for over 35 years. Our projects include works for (but not limited to) earthworks, stormwater and drainage, road works, pavement and carparks. Experience in delivering similar projects is essential.

We wish to expand our existing civil team with an experienced Supervisor. This will be a hands-on role for a motivated individual who likes fast paced, productive working setting.
Applicants will need to have at least 3 years experience in the role, have good communication skills, sound problem solving abilities, be committed to safety and environmental practices and be focused on building strong working relationships with the team. Your experience working on civil construction projects will mean that you are familiar with construction and engineering methods, including interpreting plans and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage field staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee project planning, execution, and quality control for civil earthmoving projects
Understand plans and project requirements to ensure scope and specifications are met
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors
Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency across all operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
White/Blue card
Preferably competent in operating excavators, skid steers & rollers
