Broad accounts role in a growing Professional Services firm

The Company

Our client is a well-established qualified services business with an excellent reputation and continuing growth plans.

They are a highly-regarded SME with over 120 staff and a presence across Australia and New Zealand. They have plans to continue their growth and expand their market presence in already established markets and services.

As a business they offer a hybrid working arrangement (work from home two days per week) and strive to ensure a collaborative and qualified environment for all staff.

The Role

Reporting into a talented FC, your role as Accounts Officer will enjoy an appealing breadth of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Full function AP




Billing and matter management
Preparing WIP reports
Bookkeeping including reconciliations
Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure payroll is completed
Ad hoc tasks to assist the FC as needed

Your Background
Bookkeeping experience including reconciliations, AP & AR
Solid Excel experience (pivot tables/Vlookups etc)
Experience in a professional services environment
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in busy and fast-paced environment
