About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and clients. You will work closely with veterinarians and nurses to maintain a high standard of patient care while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
Lead, support, and develop a team of veterinary professionals
Manage rostering, HR duties, and staff performance




Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control
Ensure excellent customer service and client communication
Maintain compliance with veterinary regulations and workplace standards
Work collaboratively with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient care outcomes

About You
Previous experience in practice management (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Financial and operational acumen
