Heyden Frame and Truss is a locally owned and operated business specialising in the manufacture of high-quality timber wall frames and roof trusses. We’re currently looking for a Frame and Truss Assembler to join our team at our North Wyong facility. This is a excellent opportunity to join a supportive and reliable team in a secure, full-time role – working Monday to Thursday only (3-day weekends!).

What’s on Offer:

$28–$33 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Full-time hours – Monday to Thursday, enjoy long weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble wall frames and timber trusses using hand, pneumatic and power tools





Read and interpret basic plans and measurements (training provided)

Follow safe work procedures and maintain a clean work area

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in frame and truss assembly or construction preferred – but not essential

A general understanding of power tools

Solid work ethic and reliability

Willingness to learn and take direction

Physically fit and safety-conscious
