Senior Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor
for a major healthcare project in Sydney.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team delivering a complex project through to completion. You'll take ownership of site operations, drive programme outcomes, lead subcontractors and trades, and play a key role in maintaining safety, quality and productivity across the project.

Senior Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor
for a major healthcare project in Sydney.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team delivering a complex project through to completion. You'll take ownership of site operations, drive programme outcomes, lead subcontractors and trades, and play a key role in maintaining safety, quality and productivity across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day site delivery of a major electrical package.
Coordinate electrical trades, subcontractors and construction activities.




Drive programme milestones and site productivity.
Manage site resources, materials and workforce planning.
Liaise with project management, consultants and client representatives.
Support testing, commissioning and project close-out activities.
Promote a strong safety-first culture and high-quality project delivery.
About You:
Electrical Trade qualified with a current Electrical Licence.
Proven experience supervising large-scale commercial, healthcare or infrastructure projects.
Strong background delivering complex Design & Construct projects.
Experience leading site teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
Solid understanding of electrical installation, services coordination and commissioning.
Solid planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
