Carpenters – Modular Construction @ Coolum Beach
We're currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Coolum Beach head office/factory. You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands‐on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on‐site.
This is a agile, hands‐on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long‐term career opportunities with one of Queensland's most progressive builders.
Your Day-to-Day
Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit-off, cladding and finishes
Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings
Work collaboratively with production, site and design teams to meet project milestones
Conduct quality checks and maintain secure, compliant work practices




Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)
What You'll Need
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
5+ years' experience in residential or modular construction
Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Strong communication skills and a team‐first attitude
Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets
White Card and valid driver's license
Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix‐out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket
