Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People & Capability, this role will provide practical support across the employee lifecycle, helping leaders and employees navigate people processes while ensuring workforce administration, HR systems, compliance and reporting are delivered accurately and efficiently.
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys a varied, hands-on generalist role within a changing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating recruitment administration, employment contracts and employee documentation
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce information
Producing workforce reports and supporting data integrity and reporting requirements
Responding to routine People & Capability enquiries and providing practical support to leaders and employees
Administering the LMS and coordinating mandatory learning programs
Monitoring and reporting on compliance training, including WHS, Code of Conduct, Cyber Security and Privacy requirements
Supporting WHSadministration, governance activities and compliance reporting
Maintaining HR policies, templates and supporting documentation
Identifying opportunities to improve people processes, systems and service delivery
About You
You will be a proactive and capable HR / P&C; qualified who enjoys working across a broad range of people operations and supporting a positive employee experience. You will also have:
Experience in a People & Culture, People & Capability or HR generalist
Strong experience across HR administration and the employee lifecycle
Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
Confidence working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A practical, responsive and service-focused approach
The ability to build positive relationships with leaders and employees at all levels
A continuous improvement mindset and an interest in improving processes and systems
The confidence to identify and escalation complex employee matters appropriately
This role would suit someone who is switched-on, proactive and comfortable working in an environment where processes and systems are continuing to evolve. You will need to be someone who can take ownership, solve problems and look for better ways of doing things.
This is a permanent position based in Sydney, paying $110,000 - $120,000 + Super, with a hybrid working structure of 2-3 days in the office.
