About the Role
This is a
CASUAL position
within our SIL homes, offering flexibility across a
24/7 rotating roster
.
In this role, you will support participants to live with dignity, choice, and independence.
Your day-to-day may include:
Providing personal care and daily living support
Supporting community access, social activities, and appointments
Offering emotional and behavioural support
Assisting with transport to appointments and activities
Helping maintain a safe and tidy home environment (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
Working collaboratively within a supportive team

Shift Details
Casual position with flexible shifts
Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts available
Sleepover shifts (including rest breaks)

What We're Looking For
Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support,
or AIN qualification
Minimum 12 months' experience in disability, aged care, or similar
Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities (desirable)
Current First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Full Australian working rights
