What you'll be doing




No two days are the same! You'll enjoy the autonomy of working in the field while providing exceptional service to customers across your region.
Carrying out scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on a range of material handling equipment
Responding promptly to customer breakdowns to minimise downtime
Completing planned and reactive maintenance to maximise equipment performance
Maintaining your fully equipped service vehicle and accurate service documentation
Spending approximately
*****% of your time on the road
, with the remainder in the workshop
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar mechanical role
OR
a
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
with a desire to transition into field service
Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and mechanical repair skills
The ability to work independently and manage your own day
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long-term career
