The Role
We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Venue Manager to lead our Adamstown venue. You will be the face of the venue, responsible for driving a people-first culture while smashing operational and financial targets. This is a lead-from-the-front role where you'll balance back-of-house efficiency with an exceptional front-of-house guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & speed — oversee daily operations to ensure rapid service and consistent food quality through peak rushes.
Team leadership — recruit, train and mentor a diverse team, fostering a winning culture and strong staff retention.




Financial performance — control labour costs against real-time sales and keep COGS tight.
Customer excellence — resolve guest issues on the spot and uphold high brand standards that drive repeat visits.
Compliance — ensure strict adherence to food safety, WHS and hygiene protocols.
What You Bring
Proven experience — 2+ years in a management role within QSR, fast-casual or high-volume hospitality.
Operational grit — calm under pressure, with the ability to make data-driven decisions mid-rush.
Tech savvy — confident with up-to-date cloud POS systems and labour management software.
Flexibility — available to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays.
