Reporting to the Director, Aged & Disability, you will oversee home care, disability programs, workforceplanningand service delivery teams.

The role
You will lead:
Service delivery across aged care and disability programs
Workforce performance,capabilityand planning
Funding utilisation and operational performance
Service improvement and redesign
Systems improvement, datavisibilityand client experience
Change across large and diverse teams
You will bring clear accountability, practicalstructureand momentum, while protecting the human side of care.
About you
This prospect will suit a senior operational leader with:
Deep experience across aged care,disabilityor community services
Strong knowledge of Home Care Packages, Support at Home and/or the NDIS
Experience leading large,distributedand multidisciplinary teams
A track recordof improving workforce,systemsand service performance
Strong operational and commercial judgement
The ability to lead change and build trust across diverse teams
Avalues-led leadership style
