Customer Service & Internal Sales Support
Do you want a role that has a hand in everything? You will be communicating with and servicing customers primarily in Europe and the US, but also Australia & NZ, working across various functions in the business to clarify customer needs, enter and fulfil orders, co-ordinate deliveries, assist the sales team, help launch promotional campaigns, while keeping track of everything with a new ERP system and CRM platform.
As part of small but very dedicated team in a growing Australian business you enjoy learning the technical aspects of industrial products and have a excellent ability to juggle a big workload with competing priorities.
You're a proactive, high horsepower individual who loves being busy, very structured, attentive to detail, a excellent communicator, and able learn quickly on the run.
Ideally you will have 2 years of Customer Service experience under your belt. You understand technology platforms and ideally have user experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Acumatica, or MYOB and CRM experience in Salesforce or Zoho.
