About the Role
We seek an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to join our team and provide day to day administrative support for our Solicitors. Your everyday responsibilities will include but not limited to:-
Secretary to a senior Solicitor within the firm
Creating, editing and maintaining client profiles
Creating, editing and maintaining client matters
Generating invoices and receipts for client matters
Facilitating daily catchup meetings
Writing file notes to maintain client matters
Ensuring client files are correctly documented
Creating and updating process guides in consultation with relevant staff
Providing day to day administrative support for general law
Preparing and drafting documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients
Following up outstanding accounts
Providing office reception support when required
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:-
Ability to prioritise work
Must be punctual and reliable
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Solid work ethic
Initiative and enthusiasm
The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Be adaptable, reliable and have a common sense approach to the performance of their duties
Experience is an advantage but not necessary as full training will be provided.
