Seriously Chiropractic was Oran Park's first chiropractic clinic. Since 2021 we've cared for more than 1,000 local patients and built our name on genuine, personalised care. As we grow, we need a Chiropractic Assistant who takes pride in creating an outstanding first impression and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

You’ll be the first face our patients see, and the calm, organised presence that keeps our day on track.

What you’ll do
Welcome patients and create a warm, skilled first impression
Manage the appointment book and handle phone enquiries
Process payments and prepare weekly financial reports
Run patient recall and reactivation campaigns by SMS and other channels
Support clinic marketing and social media
Spot opportunities to improve our systems and processes

What you bring




Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident, warm communication with patients and the team
A proactive approach, you take initiative without being asked
Reliability and professionalism
Comfort working independently in a small team

Nice to have (not essential)
Reception, practice management or medical admin experience
CRM or practice management software experience
Financial administration experience
