Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

Build robust relationships with customers, developing a loyal and exclusive client base through personalised styling and service.

Work collaboratively within a supportive team while also demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.

Assist with all aspects of daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock presentation, replenishment, and maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.

Be available to work a rotating roster, including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in premium or high-end fashion retail (essential).
A proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for styling and fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
Exceptional presentation and attention to detail.
The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment and contribute positively to a team culture.
Experience with AP21 POS an advantage but not essential.
