Real Therapy Solutions is recruiting for the **** Occupational Therapy Graduate Program in Campbelltown. This 12‐month program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction to lay a robust foundation before practicing independently.
We ease new grads into clinical work with a reduced caseload for four months, backed by weekly supervision, mentoring, and a buddy throughout the program. The goal is confidence, skill growth, and successful integration into a multidisciplinary team.
