About the Role
No two days are the same. You'll work across residential and commercial properties, responding to water, fire, mould and storm-related damage.
Your responsibilities will include:
Water extraction and structural drying
Mould remediation and fire restoration works
Emergency make-protected works
Carpet and hard floor cleaning
Operating specialised restoration equipment
Site inspections and assessments
Preparing reports and job documentation
Liaising with customers, insurers and other stakeholders
Maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety
Participating in an after-hours roster and catastrophe response events when required
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:
Restoration and insurance repair works
Carpet cleaning
Carpet laying and flooring installation
Commercial or domestic cleaning
Construction and trades
Property maintenance
Facilities management
Labouring and trade assistant roles
To be successful, you'll have:
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and within a team
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
A current driver's licence
The ability to obtain a police check
A White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
*Previous restoration industry experience is highly regarded, and candidates with experience in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire restoration, or insurance repair works are strongly encouraged to apply.
