The role blends strategic business development, sourcing and sales, working directly with growers while commercialising chemical and additive solutions nationally.

Profile
Proven experience in agribusiness or agricultural sales
Existing network across farmers, growers or agricultural supply chains
Strong understanding of agricultural cycles, buying behaviours and long sales processes
Commercially astute with the ability to manage two‑sided markets
Relationship‑driven, credible and comfortable engaging directly with producers
Motivated by long‑term growth, culture and progression into leadership
