I am working with a leading construction and infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team in Recent South Wales.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the pre-construction function, managing bid strategy, tender submissions, opportunity pipelines, and client engagement across a range of commercial, infrastructure, and specialist projects.

Led the national pre-construction function, managing bid strategy, tender delivery, and opportunity planning across multiple business units.

Managed end-to-end tender submissions, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery.
