DS Concreting QLD is seeking experienced Civil Concreters to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Cairns, QLD, this role offers the flexibility of ongoing casual work.

Key responsibilities
Preparing and setting up concrete work sites, including formwork installation and safety measures
Pouring, spreading, and levelling concrete to specified depths and grades
Finishing concrete surfaces using appropriate techniques such as trowelling, broom finishing, and polishing
Adhering to workplace health and safety requirements and protocols

What we're looking for
Must have current Drivers licence and White Card
Proven experience as a Civil Concreter or similar concrete finishing role within the building trades industry
Proficiency in operating concrete finishing tools and equipment
Physical fitness and capability to perform repetitive and labour-intensive tasks




Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting
Reliability and punctuality
Relevant certifications or licences specific to concrete work (desirable)
