ELYISS is looking for a creative, hands-on all-rounder to join us in our Northern Beaches studio a few days each week.
This is not a remote UGC opportunity or a traditional desk-based marketing role. It's an in-person role for someone who wants to get involved in every part of building an ecommerce brand - from content, social media and email marketing to product launches, influencer gifting, customer orders and studio days.
One hour you might be filming a product demonstration or appearing in a Reel. The next, you could be building an email campaign, preparing a wholesale presentation, packing customer orders or helping bring a new product launch to life.

What you'll do
Film, edit and occasionally appear in short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and paid ads, including product demonstrations, trends and behind-the-scenes content
Manage our social channels day to day, including posting, captions, community engagement and content planning




Build email campaigns and customer flows in Klaviyo or Omnisend
Update Shopify product listings, website banners and on-site content
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders while helping maintain our high standard of presentation
Coordinate influencer gifting, UGC creators and PR mailers, from briefs and product seeding through to send-outs and follow-ups
Help organise content days, product shoots, events and pop-ups
Create polished presentations, wholesale proposals and marketing collateral
Assist with product launches, packaging, stock management and the everyday operations of the brand
Review performance across social media, email, Shopify and Google Analytics and use those insights to develop stronger ideas
About you
Based in Sydney and able to work regularly from our Northern Beaches studio
Experienced in marketing, brand, PR, social media, ecommerce or content creation
Confident filming and editing short-form content - and comfortable appearing on camera when required
Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Instagram and TikTok
Experienced with Figma, Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
A solid writer with an excellent eye for styling, detail and brand aesthetics




Exceptionally organised and able to move between creative and operational tasks
Hands-on and genuinely happy to help with whatever the day requires, including packing orders and managing stock
Proactive, resourceful and excited by the pace and variety of a growing small business
Familiar with Shopify, Klaviyo or Omnisend, or confident learning them quickly
Interested in beauty, wellness, fashion, lifestyle or design-led brands
Work style
This is a primarily in-person role based in our Northern Beaches studio. You'll need to be available to work from the studio a few days each week for content creation, product shoots, fulfilment and the everyday rhythm of building the brand.
There may be occasional flexibility to complete focused tasks such as editing or scheduling from home, but this is not a fully remote position.
