Based in QLD, you'll manage certification and compliance projects, liaise with the NSW office, and play a key role in upcoming commercial developments.

Duties
Deliver building certification and regulations consultancy
Ensure compliance with BCA and relevant legislation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and NSW project teams
Provide technical guidance and prepare reports
Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines




Skills & Experience
QLD Building Surveyor Licence (Level 1 or 2)
Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia & legislation
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and from home
QLD driver's licence; flexibility to liaise with NSW team
