Senior Cost Manager (Quantity Surveyor) - Data Centres
Atom Resources are working with a client seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to support the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects across Sydney.
The Role
Manage project budgets, cost plans and forecasting.
Review contractor pricing, progress claims and variations.
Support procurement and commercial decision-making.
Prepare cost reports and monitor project risks.
Provide commercial advice throughout project delivery.
About You
8-10+ years' experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Background with a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor, consultancy or client-side organisation.
Robust commercial experience across major construction or infrastructure projects.
Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial or other complex D&C; projects will be highly regarded.
Rate
: $Negotiable DOE
