Inscope Training (RTO 40926) is a growing and dynamic Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing hands-on, practical training in apprenticeships and short courses across Queensland and New South Wales. We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated, friendly, and organised person to join our Sydney Penrith team as a Training Coordinator, and no experience is required!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Training Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person helping students and employers stay on track throughout their training journey. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:




Student life-cycle administration tasks
Facilitating apprentice and employer inductions
Building relationships with clients (both apprentices and employers)
Communicating with students, trainers and employers

Who We're Looking For

We don’t need you to have experience, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude.
Confident and qualified on the phone and in person
Friendly, helpful, and a team player
Willing to learn, take direction, and follow processes
Outstanding with detail and like to stay organised
Comfortable using a computer (or eager to learn!)
