Key responsibilities:

Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism aligned with the brand's highest service standards.

Listen to customers' requests to actively understand their needs and offer personalized advice on the multi designers brand's products.

Manage all aspects of the sales process to exceed customer expectations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Address customer issues promptly.





Record each customer's preferences and purchase history to build customer profiles.

Develop meaningful relationships with customers through trust and loyalty.

Replenish stock and maintain an aesthetically pleasing store layout that reflects the brand's premier image.

Represent the store's culture of service excellence and professionalism.

Organize storage areas to maximize space and accessibility. Maintain transparent walkways to meet staff safety standards.

Actively participate in routine and biannual inventory counts.

Ensure protection against theft throughout the store. Alert the management in case of any suspicious circumstances.

Retail sales experience, ideally in luxury fashion.

Entrepreneurial spirit and analytical problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain quality, perfection, and accuracy in all tasks.

Outstanding communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.

Exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
