The Opportunity
Our Kilcoy development (45 minutes inland from Caboolture) will deliver 286 homes, with approximately 3 years of work on-site. Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintainingmomentum in office, even under pressure.
To be successful you must:
Have a QBCC Licence
Experience in Residential Construction with high volume
Drivers Licence + white card
A trade background, carpentry is preferred
Supervisor experience while following OHS procedures
Problem solving skills and good decision making
Competent with IT, preferably Onsite Companion
Have a practical, hands-on approach ensuring you're present on site and follow through with what you commit to
Remain calm under pressure while adapting to challenges if they arise
