We’re looking for a customer-focused Guest Servies Agent to join our friendly and skilled team.

Your Responsibilities
Greet, check-in and check-out guests with genuine warmth and efficiency
Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
Process daily transactions and balance shifts accurately
Issue room keys while maintaining guest privacy and security
Deliver personalised recommendations for dining, shopping and local attractions
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional guest service
Complete general administrative and hotel-related duties





What You’ll Bring
