About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, highly organized, and experienced Accounts Receivable & Administration Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, works independently, maintains a high level of accuracy, and ensures financial tasks are completed on time.

The successful applicant will primarily work with our Transport Management System (TMS), MYOB, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets,



while liaising closely with our Operations team to support the efficient day-to-day running of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and issuing customer invoices
Setting up current customer accounts and maintaining customer records
Processing credit applications
Following up depot invoicing
Entering and maintaining customer rates
Processing credit notes
Monitoring emails inbox
Prepare quotations for recent and existing customers
Assisting with general Accounts Receivable administration
Performing other administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience:
Robust Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous Accounts Receivable experience (preferred)
