About Us

As the Supply Chain Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the supply chain team. Your focus will be on ensuring information is accurately recorded, systems are maintained, and documentation is managed efficiently to support smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

Accurate data entry of supply chain, inventory, and order information

Maintaining and updating internal systems, reports, and spreadsheets

Assisting with purchase orders,



delivery records, and supporting documentation

Providing general administrative support to the supply chain team

Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

Assisting with reporting and record management as required

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Strong administration and data entry experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
SAP experience highly regarded but not essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Previous experience in an administration or supply chain environment would be advantageous
Solid communication skills and a proactive approach to work
