About the Role

As a Baker at Bakers Delight, you'll be responsible for producing fresh, high-quality bread and baked goods each day while maintaining our robust standards of consistency, food safety, and presentation. You'll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced but rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities
Mixing, baking, and finishing a wide range of Bakers Delight products
Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety
Following production schedules and recipes accurately




Working efficiently to meet daily production requirementsSupporting and working collaboratively with the baking team

What We're Looking For
Baking experience preferred (qualified or experienced bakers encouraged to apply)
A solid work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work early mornings and/or weekends
A team-first attitude with good communication skills
Reliability and pride in your work
